A request for approval of a Planned Development, Development Review and Development Agreement to construct a new dual brand hotel and detached parking garage on the subject property.

This proposal would not replace the existing development on the property, the existing hotel and convention center would remain.

A request for approval of a Planned Development, Development Review and Development Agreement to construct a new dual brand hotel and detached parking garage on the subject property. The seven (7) story hotel would be 262,338 SF in size and would include a total of 420 hotel rooms that are anticipated to be operated by Aloft Hotels (203 of the hotel rooms) and Residence Inn (217 of the hotel rooms). The hotel would also include amenities such as a pool, dining area, meeting rooms, and a fitness center.

This proposal would not replace the existing development on the property, the existing hotel and convention center would remain.
No public meetings are currently scheduled. 
The City of Burbank, as Lead Agency, is preparing an Enviromental Impact Report for the project in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act.

A copy of the document will be made avaialble for public review once completed.
