BurbankBus Senior & Disabled Transit
Eligibility
To be eligible for Senior and Disabled Transit Services, City of Burbank residents must be 60 years of age or older or qualify by nature of a disability. Residents with a disability must provide BurbankBus with a Disabled Certification Form completed and signed by a physician. A Disabled Certification Form is available for download below:

Appointments
Transportation services are provided on first-come, first-served basis. Eligible residents may call (818) 238-5360 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to schedule an appointment. Riders are asked to book their appointments one day in advance to arrange a trip. Requests for transportation on Monday are accepted on the preceding Friday.
Fare
$1.00 fare for every one-way ride. Drivers do not accept tips. For income-qualified City of Burbank residents, the Burbank PASS Program offers a potential fare subsidy. To obtain more information about the Burbank PASS Program, contact the City of Burbank Parks and Recreation Department at (818) 238-5300 or visit their Burbank Pass website.

Monday - Friday: 7:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
No Holiday Service
BurbankBus Senior and Disabled Transit does not operate on the following city holidays:
